~ Eleven ~ Photographers in Plymouth WI

This week has been absolutely insane. Just before Easter we accepted an offer on our home with a closing date of May 24. Which is wonderful, but we still don’t have a place to live in less than a month. We walked through houses in Plymouth Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. There was an inspection done on our home mid week. J turned 11 yesterday so we’ve been celebrating for what seems like a week. This is on top of the normal stuff from end of school activities, soccer, and everything in between. Life is good just slightly stressful 
Traditionally, I do a shoot with the kids around their birthdays. This year as I comb through the images I am reminded of how much J is changing physically & emotionally. She is still a goofball and loves to ham it up for the camera so we got plenty of those shots. But, she is also at that stage where she can be joking one minute and then in 2.2 seconds she can become upset. I know this is just the beginning of her figuring out who she is. I feel like these pictures sum up how she is maturing before my eyes… light-hearted, serious, joyful, moody, yet beautiful in every way.
Roses, you are loved beyond words. I’m am so blessed to call you my daughter.

I saw that color image on the bottom left either on flickr or facebook and assumed that had to be a cousin or niece. I though “She looks just like Tree’s daughter but she’s too grown up.” I can’t believe that is her! She is growing up to be such a beautiful young lady. Happy Birthday to her!
