Photography is therapeutic for me. There are times that I just need to be creative… to chase my kids around and try to capture them being them… to click off a few hundred shots just because. Yesterday, the 4th of July, was one of those days. I’ve been so consumed with the move and getting settled the past couple of months. It did my heart a lot of good to bring my camera to the beach yesterday to not only capture my kids playing but also grab some shots of the Shebooygan Fireworks. The rest of the pictures will be posted sometime soon. For now, I will leave you with the fireworks!

Oh, I’m jealous of those beautiful shots! My camera just wasn’t very interested in getting a good one. Yours are fantastic!!
I too am jealous of your gorgeous fireworks shots! I didn’t even get to try this year. Henry ended up with a tummy ache for all of the 4th of July goodies, so I stayed home with him while Jeff and Gracie went to the fireworks show.
